BioTrak is our bespoke sample tracking system which provides our customers who are registered for this service, with full traceability and visibility of their patient samples at all stages of the delivery process. Powered by the renowned ZetesChronos technology, BioTrak has been designed to streamline how we track and transport your samples and will transform the way you use our logistics services for the better.
HOW BIOTRAK WORKS
BioTrak offers you real-time visibility of where your sample packages are from the moment they are collected by our driver, right up to the moment they are delivered.

Step 1: BOOK IT ONLINE: Using our BioTrak Online Portal you can quickly and conveniently book a collection. Once your order has been confirmed our system will generate a bespoke barcode delivery sheet which you can print and attach to your sample package

Step 2: TRACK IT ONLINE: Our driver will collect your package from your location. At this stage our driver will scan the barcode on your package. This instantly updates our BioTrak Portal with the date & time of collection.

Step 3: DELIVERED ON TIME: Once our driver delivers your package on time to its intended destination our BioTrak Portal will be updated with the date & time of delivery along with the name of the person who received your package.
